I had a mixed experience during my stay at Sonder Arlo in Ottawa. The location was excellent and my room was clean, but I encountered several issues with service and amenities that left me disappointed. While I appreciated the easy check-in and some of the room features, the high price and a lack of basic necessities really impacted my overall experience. 😕
